Jon Rothschild
Vice President, Insurance Advisory
Jon joined Summit Trail in 2021 as a Vice President and Advisor working with wealthy families on financial and estate planning, philanthropic services, and insurance reviews. He enthusiastically approaches estate, business, charitable and life insurance planning for these families in an efficient and effective manner. Jon began his career as an entrepreneur and then working as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual helping individuals with their financial planning goals. Prior to joining Summit Trail, Jon was a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Heritage Strategies LLC. Jon competes in Ironman triathlons as well as raising money for various charities through endurance events, such as The Challenged Athletes Foundation and Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
Education:
Jon graduated from University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Finance. He holds various licenses which include Life, Accident & Health Insurance, Variable Life Insurance & Annuities. Currently, Jon is working towards the Certified Financial Planner designation.
