Lauren advises successful entrepreneurs, professional investors, newly independent women, and other wealthy families across multiple generations and geographic regions. As a trusted advisor, Lauren enables her clients to spend their time on more fun or productive ventures by developing, implementing, and overseeing both high-level strategies and in-the-weeds tactics for all parts of their lives that have a financial aspect to them. This includes customized estate planning, liquidity and investment management, strategic philanthropic giving, real estate coordination, and more. Prior to joining Summit Trail Advisors less than a month after the firm launched in 2015, Lauren had spent ten years at Barclays, Lehman Brothers, and JPMorgan Private Bank. In addition to her work as an advisor, Lauren also leads Summit Trail’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Before transitioning into financial services, Lauren worked at John Berggruen Gallery in San Francisco, where she helped high net worth individuals develop their art collections. She is a board member for the Cambridge Community Foundation (and was inaugural co-chair of their Professional Advisors Council), a board member for the Cambridge Public Library Foundation, and a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council. Previously, she served on the Board of Directors for C.E.O. Women in Oakland, CA, and on the Board of Advisors for Givinga, a privately-held philan-tech company based in Boston.
