Trish Patel

Ms. Trish Patel designs and runs the human capital and talent management and talent acquisition functions at Summit Trail Advisors. Prior to joining Summit Trail, Ms. Trish Patel was Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at Further Global Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on financial services investments. As a founding member of Further Global, she was responsible for establishing the fund’s human capital function and fund administration operations. Previously, Ms. Patel was Chief of Staff to the Global Financial Services funds at The Carlyle Group, where she oversaw the funds’ human capital and operational interactions with the firm. Trish was also Chief of Staff at Coatue Management, a ‘Tiger Cub’ hedge fund focused on the technology sector that invests in public and private equity markets with long and short strategies. As Chief of Staff, Trish oversaw fund operations and was responsible for human resources strategies; budgeting, recruiting, benefits and compensation for the family office as well as driving forward initiatives on behalf of the Founding Partner.
